Acknowledgments

The guidance and support that promoted the completion of this open education resource (OER) occurred in two phases.  The first phase occurred with the expertise provided by the Textbook Success Program offered by Rebus Publishing and scholarship by Grand Valley State University (GVSU) Libraries. The learning and collaboration with my Rebus/GVSU Team was supportive of my limited progress and priceless in their guidance and expertise – Acknowledgment:

  • Apurva Ashok – Assistant Director of The Rebus Foundation & Director of Open Education of The Rebus Foundation
  • Matt Ruen – Scholarly Communications Outreach Coordinator, Grand Valley State University Libraries
  • Jackie Rander – Library Publishing Services Manager, Grand Valley State University Libraries
  • Melina Zavala – Digital Asset Coordinator, Wesleyan University

Then, like many recent endeavors, the time to completion was interrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic.  So, after some delay the second phase of the completion of this OER began in the spring of 2022.  With continued encouragement and support from Matt Ruen in terms of technical support and expertise knowledge of OERs, new persons were added to my GVSU OER Team who helped me get to the finish line – Acknowledgment and Special Thanks:

  • Matt Ruen – Scholarly Communications Outreach Coordinator, Grand Valley State University Libraries
  • Jackie Rander – Library Publishing Services Manager, Grand Valley State University Libraries
  • Joshua Selwyn – Graduate Assistant and Doctor of Nursing Practice Student, Grand Valley State University
  • Ian Curtis – Undergraduate Assistant, Grand Valley State University Libraries
