Acknowledgments

The guidance and support that promoted the completion of this open education resource (OER) occurred in two phases.  The first phase occurred with the expertise provided by the Textbook Success Program offered by Rebus Publishing and scholarship by Grand Valley State University (GVSU) Libraries.
